Anti-Discrimination Policy


Vibrationdata faculty and all participants and visitors shall adhere to the following Anti-Discrimination policy.

Purpose. Vibrationdata is committed to providing a learning environment that is free from discrimination and harassment. This Anti-Discrimination Policy is designed to ensure equal opportunity and fair treatment for all individuals participating in educational courses offered by Vibrationdata. 

Scope. This policy applies to all participants, faculty, staff, and visitors participating in or interacting with educational courses provided by Vibrationdata. 

Responsibilities. Upon receiving a complaint, Vibrationdata will promptly investigate and take appropriate action to address and resolve the issue. Investigations will be conducted in a fair, impartial, and confidential manner. Any individual who believes they have experienced discrimination or harassment in violation of this policy is encouraged to report the incident promptly to the program manager. Reports can be made in person, in writing, or anonymously through email at hollyelromak@gmail.com

Prohibited Discrimination. Vibrationdata prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. 

Harassment. Harassment, including verbal, physical, or visual conduct that creates an intimidating, offensive, or hostile learning environment, is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to slurs, jokes, derogatory comments, or unwelcome advances.

Equal Opportunity. Vibrationdata is committed to providing equal educational opportunities to all individuals, regardless of their background or characteristics. Courses, programs, and services will be accessible to everyone, and reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.

Retaliation. Retaliation against any individual who files a complaint, participates in an investigation, or opposes discriminatory practices is strictly prohibited. Vibrationdata will take appropriate steps to prevent and address any retaliation.

Consequences of Non-Compliance. All members of the educational community, including participants, faculty, staff, and visitors, are expected to comply with this Anti-Discrimination Policy. Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination or expulsion, as appropriate.
