Purpose. This Privacy Policy outlines the measures taken by Vibrationdata to ensure the privacy and security of student records during and after the completion of classes. 

Scope. This policy applies to all individuals participating in the Vibrationdata Educational Program, including students, instructors, administrators, and any other stakeholders involved. The policy covers the collection, processing, storage, and sharing of personal information within the context of the educational program.

Information Collected. We collect and maintain only the necessary information required for academic and administrative purposes. This includes but is not limited to student names, contact details, academic performance, attendance records, and any additional information relevant to the educational process, including information to uphold IACET accreditation. 

Information Storage. All student records are securely stored in electronic and/or physical formats with restricted access to authorized personnel only. Electronic records are stored on secure servers with encryption protocols to prevent unauthorized access.

Access Controls. Access to student records is strictly limited to authorized individuals with a legitimate educational or administrative need. Role-based access controls are implemented to ensure that personnel only have access to the information necessary for their specific responsibilities.

Consequences of Non-Compliance. Non-compliance with this policy may result in corrective actions, such as additional training or guidance to ensure adherence to provary principles. Repeated or serious non-compliance may lead to suspension or termination from Vibrationdata programs. 

Release of Information. Student records may be retained for archival purposes in compliance with both regulatory and legal requirements. Any release of information will only occur with explicit consent from the student or as required by law.
