Course Content Policy
This policy reflects Vibrationdata’s commitment to maintaining superior education content.
Purpose. The purpose of the Course Content Review Policy is to ensure that all course materials at Vibrationdata are of high quality, current, effective, and applicable to the learning objectives. This policy aims to uphold the institution's commitment to providing a relevant and valuable educational experience for its students.
Scope. This policy applies to all academic programs and courses offered by Vibrationdata and encompasses instructional materials, assessments, and any content used in the design, development, and delivery of courses.
Responsibilities. The President shall oversee the evaluation of content quality, currency, effectiveness, and applicability and shall review all content from additional instructors prior to course start. The content for review includes, but is not limited to:

The Education Program Director is responsible for establishing and maintaining procedures and policies for the ongoing review of course content.
Consequences of Non-Compliance. Non-compliance with the Course Content Review Policy may result in consequences, including but not limited to:

Faculty member requirement to undergo professional development or training.

Revision or removal of specific content from courses.

Faculty performance evaluations reflecting the need for improvement in content quality.

In extreme cases, suspension of teaching responsibilities or termination of employment.
Reporting Concerns. Students and faculty members are encouraged to report concerns about course content quality, currency, effectiveness, or applicability to the President or Education Program Director.
